Initial Design

In January 2025, we took our idea, our vision, and started designing it.

The "Shoobie Seat," a chair with adjustable height; to sit low at the beach and higher up on the sidelines, and so it can be raised for those who can't get down as low as they used to.

A chair with modular storage; so you can carry what YOU want, and so you don't have to bring anything else. Adjustable storage options that fits YOUR needs and YOUR lifestyle, unique to you.

From fabric pockets to cooler pockets, sunshades to tablet sleeves. Limitless options for whatever YOU want to carry.

Finalizing

Our needed some tweaks before it's release.

So we partnered with professionals to help make it unique and functional.

We went back to the drawing board, and did just that. Made it pretty, comfortable, and with a focus around keeping it affordable.

After months of back and forth, adding what was necessary and removing what wasn't, we have a design we love.

Currently...

We're working hard to bring you the beach chair of your dreams. Designing it just for you, and building it for anywhere.

In the meantime, meet our mascot - Sunny, his wife - Sandy, and SJ (Sunny Jr.), their son.

They're the focal points of our merch, and the faces of Shoobie.

We released them early to give you some laughter and comfort while you wait (a sneak peak of life with our chair), and to help us raise money to launch the chair.

What's else is coming?

Everything.

By summer of 2026 the wait for our chair will be over, and you'll have them delivered straight to your door.

Then, we'll begin building the rest of the products we have in store.

Shoobie will be your home for everything beach gear.

All of the products we have in store will work together using the same modular system, giving you the ultimate set ups for the beach and beyond.
